Returns & Exchange Policy

At POSHAKH, we offer a **7-day return and exchange policy** for your convenience. You may return or exchange most new, unworn, and unwashed items within **7 days of delivery** if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product. An **unboxing video** is required as proof to process any return or exchange request.

Returns are eligible only if the item is incorrect or defective. If your return is approved, a **refund will be processed within 7-15 business days** (shipping charges will be deducted).

For exchanges, you can request a replacement for size issues, wrong items, or damaged products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

Shipping Policy
